Drew Callahan is a 2014 OF/IF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from St. Louis, MO who attends St Louis Priory HS. Compact frame, slender athletic build. Switch hitting OF who runs well. More polished from the right side but shows ability from both sides. More bat speed from the left side but better feel for contact from the right side and more under control. Has some strength in swing, low hand set, short to the ball with a direct hand path, line drive swing plane. Moves well in the outfield, covers ground, made a good diving catch on a ball in LF during a game, good instincts on the basepaths, used his speed well.
