Corey Chambliss is a 2015 OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Oakville, MO who attends Oakville HS. Slender young athletic build, projects to get stronger. Right handed hitter, open to closed leg raise approach, moves into contact well, loose swing, wrapped start and uppercut plane create length, power approach, has some bat speed, occasional hard pull/lift contact, will have to get stronger to fully utilize present power oriented approach. 6.94 runner, good footwork, sound fundamentals to the ball, developing arm strength, tends to throw uphill, also plays third base. Good student.
