Sam Seaman is a 2017 MIF/RHP with a 5-9 172 lb. frame from Adairsville, GA who attends Adairsville HS. Seaman has a medium frame with room to fill out and add strength. Hits from a square stance, med leg raise trigger, shows good bat speed and gets barrel to ball consistently. Line drive swing plane with lift in swing. Defensively, smooth action, soft hands, fields ball out front with a clean transfer and release. Shows carry on throws from a high 3/4 slot. Also pitches, 3/4 arm slot, short arm action, hides ball well. Has compact online delivery. has late life on fastball. Mixed in 12/6 curveball with depth. Good Student.
