Brandon Martorano is a 2016 C with a 6-2 181 lb. frame from Marlboro, NJ who attends Christian Brothers Academy. Tall and slender build, very projectable physically. 6.82 runner, very athletic, can likely play positions all over the field well, is light and quick on his feet defensively, strong arm with a quick release and transfer, receives the ball well. Right handed hitter, crouched open stance with an arm bar load, simple swing approach with a limited shift into contact, loose line drive swing with some extension out front, good bat speed and swung the bat well in games. Projects in all areas. Good student, verbal commitment to North Carolina.
