Jack Hazlett is a 2015 OF/RHP with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Lees Summit, MO who attends Lee`s Summit West. Has a large lean frame with an athletic build. Slightly open stance with high hands at the plate and a leg lift trigger. Makes line drive contact with good bat speed, has a good swing with a confident approach and hits the ball to all fields. Has good actions with a strong accurate arm and good carry on his throws. Has a good quick first step in the outfield and covers a lot of ground. Pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot on the mound with good arm side run on his fastball and attacks the zone. Is an intriguing prospect to continue to follow and is an excellent student.
