Kole Eaves is a 2013 MIF/RHP with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Pasadena, TX who attends Pasadena Memorial. Medium builder, slender and very athletic, has some room to fill out. Ran a 6.78 60 yard. Shows a quick transfer on the infield, capable of making the flashy play, more around very well, actions needs some improvement. Right-handed hitter, bats from a slightly open stance, has some moving parts, line drive type swing path. Flashes good bat speed, overswings at times, hits well to the opposite field, contact approach, hit consistent line drives. Also pitches, throws from a high slot, short arm action, drifts out of his balance point, pitches uphill, high leg kick. Pitches at 73-76 mph with his fastball, curveball with 11-5 rotation comes in at 65 mph, needs improvement. Also mixes a 68 mph changeup. Excellent student.
