Matt Trask is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Davis, CA who attends Davis HS. Big strong athletic build, mature look. Leg raise delivery, two-piece arm action, 3/4's arm slot, good arm speed coming through. Upper 80's fastball, topped out at 90 mph, mostly straight. Change up best pitch, good arm speed, with very good sinking life at the plate. Did not throw breaking ball. Right handed hitter, strong swing, has some length and lift out front. Good student, verbal commitment to UCLA.
