Steven Rosado is a 2006 OF/P with a 6'2'', 180 lb. frame from Marietta GA, who attends Pope HS. Steven has a large frame with a good lean body. Steven has good speed (7.00) and glides after balls in the outfield. He gets good jumps on balls and has good range. Steven has a strong arm with good carry on his throws. Steven has good defensive actions and hustles all over the field. At the plate Steven swings from a wide base and uses no stride. He uses a no load approach with good balance through his swing. Steven has a line drive swing path and uses his hands well. He has leverage and showed some raw power during BP. Steven has power potential and has the tool set to really improve. He is also a good student.
