Scott Tully is a 2013 LHP/OF with a 5-11 172 lb. frame from Reading, MA who attends Reading Memorial HS. Medium frame, solid athletic build. Old school overhead windup in pitching motion. Throws from 3/4 slot. Arm works well, gets extension out front. Stays closed and hides ball well. Arm action works well, short in the back. Fastball sat 85 with arm side run, topping at 86. Has feel for fastball, 1/7 curveball with solid break and depth, and changeup with sink. Overpowering during final inning on mound. Hit every spot, totally in command. More to come with additional use of lower half. Patient approach at the plate. Good extension, makes hard line drive contact. Good student. Named to Top Prospect Team.
