Taylor Walls is a 2014 MIF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Cordele, GA who attends Crisp County HS. Smaller compact athletic build, some present strength. Switch hitter, similar approach both sides, legitimate switch-hitter, has hand quickness and the beginnings of real bat speed from both sides, short quick hand path to the ball, more of a line drive approach left handed, swings harder with a bit more extension from the right side, ball comes off the barrel well, should continue to improve with additional strength. 6.90 runner, big arm strength, accurate throws, moves well in the infield and shows range, can improve release speed and footwork. Interesting young athletic player. Good student, verbal commitment to Florida State.
