2012 South Top Prospect Showcase
Casey Maack is a 2013 SS/IF, OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Plano, TX who attends Prestonwood Christian Academy. Long athletic build, room to fill. Primary infielder but really impressed by throwing 87 mph from the OF. Good carry on throws, works through ball well in infield, solid body control, quick release. Long one handed finish to swing, flashes good bat speed, projectable hitting tools, uses opposite field well, potential to develop some power as he fills out his long frame.
