Gannon is a junior right handed hitting catcher from New Jersey with very good body strength. He has an inside out approach at the plate and will show his strength to the middle and right side of the field. Gannon doesn’t take a stride into the ball and will occasionally have a negative weight shift back when hitting the ball, which he could improve on. Gannon had pop times in the 2.15 to 2.25 area and made some good game throws. He is a good student.
