Justin Jerome is a 2025 2B/OF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Fairfax, VA who attends Chantilly. Compact frame with some wiry strength and quick twitch to his movements and time to gain more physicality. Ran the 60 yard dash in a solid 6.77 seconds. Primary position IF, moving quickly from the first step and getting into his angles smoothly. Glove work is on point with clean action and securing the ball well. Compact arm path mostly inline with emerging overall control on throws up to 73 mph across the diamond. Secondary OF, once again getting to the ball with some urgency and working glove off to the side. Nice carry and clean rotation on feeds back to infield reaching 80 mph here. RHH staring with a nicely balanced, spread out stance and using a high handset pre-pitch. Aggressive mentality and swinging with intent to do damage. When on time the ball jumped off the barrel at impact. Pull side power was seen when he got to extension. Elite performer in the classroom as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
