Nicholas Lang is a 2024 C/1B with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Gig Harbor, WA who attends Gig Harbor. Medium size frame. Ran a 7.39 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, square set up, very short arm action with quick catch and throw footwork. Developing arm strength and accuracy to bases. Moved well with footwork at first base, gets the glove out front early, makes the routine play and shows developing arm strength of throws around the diamond. Hit from a narrow stance with a long stride to contact. Some movement in the swing, direct hand path drifting to contact, level bat path through the zone and quick wrists to create some bat speed. Solid average feel for getting to the barrel. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
