2023 PG Underclass All-American Games
Slater de Brun is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 5-9 177 lb. frame from Bend, OR who attends Summit. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Primary outfielder, charges in hard and fields the ball cleanly with one hand on the side of the body, good exchange into a long arm swing to a high release point. Ball comes out of the hand with carry and true flight to the bag, recorded accurate throws up to 89 mph. Showed the arm with an outfield assist in game action. Left-handed hitter, medium and even base with a slightly open front side, short stride out into contact, short and direct bat path with good barrel skills, flashed some pull-side power when extended. Showed ability to use the entire field with good bat speed and whip to the barrel. Tremendous student.
