2023 14U California All-State Games
Cooper Eberly is a 2027 SS/2B, OF from Bakersfield, CA who attends Stockdale. Features a medium frame with a lean/lanky build. Ran a 7.64 60-yd dash. In the INF, he showed solid defensive actions. Exhibits lightness to the feet that get him to him to his spots but don’t neccessarily work through the baseball. Present softness to the hands with a clean funnel and noticeable feel to the backhand side. Has a shorter arm action with average arm strength that made accurate throws across. At the plate, he sits in an open stance. Uses a smaller leg lift trigger as hands stay in rhythm. Barrel/hands set into a good launch position. He works the barrel on a flatter path with some quickness through. Was mostly to the pullside throughout his BP round but flashed some all-fields ability as well. Solid LH/SS profile to build on.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
