2023 13U/14U Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Dominic Harper is a 2027 SS/2B/3B with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from West Richland, WA who attends Richland. Longer lean frame that will add mature strength. Primary shortstop, sees the ball deep with two hand funnel, some feel for the leather, developing arm strength right now, accurate and online throws, gamelike round with some bounce to the feet, well coordinated round, projects with arm strength. Left-handed hitter, open and wide base, lower hand set, tendency to get handsy with it, pull side contact, intent to lift in the path, some separation, swing projects with strength down the line, medium leg kick and gets into back hip, tries to create some separation in the swing. Nice barrel into the right centerfield gap in game, looked comfortable in game at the spot, solid fundamental base in place here and projects with added strength all over.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
