Braylin Contrera is a 2025 MIF with a 5-8 167 lb. frame from Stockbridge, GA. Smaller frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 7.77 second 60-yard dash. Primary middle-infielder, good feet and moves around the infield with good energy, shorter strides and gets to the spot well, works through with clean funnels and some snatch to hands, up to 78 across and room to improve arm strength, solid up the middle. Right-handed hitter, even start and gets wide with big weight shift, later trigger but short enough hand path to stay inside the baseball, can go the other way with some consistency, good line drive contact to the middle when timed.
