Luca Delonardo is a 2028 2B/SS with a 5-2 100 lb. frame from Monmouth Beach, NJ. Works from a smaller frame with some physical upside. Primary second baseman, worked through the ball well, has some lateral range and decent footwork, delivered accurate throws, recorded arm strength up to 65 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, starts with an open base, tight hands, toe tap trigger, flatter bat path, produced consistent contact and low liners to all parts of the field, smooth mechanically, recorded an exit velocity of 64 mph. Ran an 8.51 sixty-yard dash. Great student.
