Joseph Beltre is a 2024 OF/ with a 6-1 177 lb. frame from Port Saint Lucie, FL, who attends Albany Paulies Academy. A bigger build with some thickness to the build. Ran a 7.63 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who has a some strength to his actions. He fields the ball off to the side of the front foot. He has a big and jumpy crow-hop into the throws. He has a lower flight on his throws. Higher slot on throws at 80 mph with a longer arm stroke through release. A right-handed hitter with higher-set hands and a high-back elbow. He had the ability to get the barrel on it and lift it. He was able to get to a good launch position and be toolsy with the barrel in the batters' box. Some strength off the barrel. Produced an 85 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Hit well in-game finding the barrel a couple of times. Good student.
