Efton Owens is a 2024 1B/OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from O Fallon, MO who attends Home School. Medium size frame. Ran a 7.68 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, squares to the baseball, one handed fielding, moves ok getting off the bag, developing arm strength, nice double play turns. Aggressive to the ball in the outfield, developing glove actions, fields it out front, throws uphill with developing arm strength and a shorter arm action. Left-handed hitter hits from an open stance, hand wrap, works on top of the baseball, rotational, extends through it at his best. Excellent student.
