Garen Gutzmer is a 2025 RHP/2B, 3B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends DePaul College Prep. Medium frame with slender build; ran 40 yard dash in 5.55 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher, works from the stretch, long and loose arm stroke to 3/4 slot, lands inline, fastball worked 74-77 mph with arm side life, showed curveball with 10/4 shape and solid depth, flashed a changeup as well, projects well. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
