Marco Serrano is a 2027 1B/RHP, C with a 5-7 160 lb. frame from Rio Rico, AZ who attends Nogales. Features a medium build with some size. Ran an 8.46 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman. Displayed sound footwork with the ability to make routine plays. Was accurate with the majority of double feeds. Arm strength should continue to develop. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a slightly open stance with a balanced setup. Approach stays through the middle. Has some feel for the barrel present. Power should continue to develop as more strength and bat speed are developed. Right-handed pitcher. Throws exclusively out of the stretch. Uses drop and drive mechanics with a slight hesitation at leg lift. Throws from a 3/4 slot. Fastball sat 62-64 mph with slight cut action. Throws the offering for strikes often. Pairs it with a curveball at 53-55 mph with slurve action. Could refine overall command and consistency to avoid some barrels. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
