Eddie Rosas IV is a 2028 2B/OF with a 5-6 115 lb. frame from Nogales, AZ who attends Nogales. Features a smaller, lean build. Ran an 8.12 60-yard dash. Primary infielder. Showcased sound glove actions and footwork with the ability to make the routine play. Arm profiles well for second base. Should continue to add arm strength as the frame fills out. Left-handed hitter. Utilizes a balance stance into a toe tap timing mechanism. Approach works through the middle of the field. Stays on pitches well and can handle higher velocity. Has feel for the barrel present with potential gap to gap power. Very good student. Named to the 13u/14u Sunshine Southwest Top Prospect List.
