Frank Cebek is a 2006 right handed pitcher from Iona Prep in Bronx, New York, with a tall and lean 6'3"/175 pound frame. On the mound, Frank pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with long arm action. He is a minimal effort pitcher with an online delivery. He gets a downward plane to the plate at times. Cebek does a nice job moving his fastball in and out and uses it to get ahead of hitter. He also throws an 11-5 big breaking curveball at 60 mph. He had a good game outing with 4 strikeouts in 3 innings. Cebek is a very good student.
