Xavier Micheli is a 2028 C/MIF, OF with a 5-6 125 lb. frame from Massapequa Park, NY who attends Massapequa. Smaller, slender frame with plenty of time and room to physically mature. Recorded a 7.57 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary catcher with a developing catch-and-throw skill set. Received from a side-saddle stance with some quickness to his feet out of the crouch, a direct midline transfer and developing arm strength. Gains ground towards his target with aggressive actions, worked into a shorter arm action and recorded arm strength up to 62 mph during drills. Secondary infielder with similar athleticism and attributes defensively. Incorporates short, quick and active footwork to get to the proper spots, funnels cleanly out in-front and maintains good posture into release. Produced fairly accurate throws up to 69 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a crouched even base with a high, tight hand set and toe-tap trigger. Contact oriented, hands driven stroke with consistent contact and developing feel for the barrel. Whole field approach with occasional line drives to the middle and pull sides of the field, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
