Beni Espinosa is a 2025 MIF/ with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Chicago, IL who attends DePaul College Prep. Medium frame with athletic build; ran 40 yard dash 5.13 seconds. Slightly open stance, big leg lift trigger, low back elbow in set, shifts weight well and uses lower half, good strength at point of contact when on time, showed well in live at-bats. Worked out in the infield, hands work well out front, developing feel for the backhand, solid balance and footwork, clocked up to 80 mph on throws across. Very good student.
