Felix Roque is a 2009 RHP with a 6-5 215 lb. frame from Miami, FL. 24 year old former North Carolina State pitcher, big mature build with good present strength. Long extended arm action, 3/4's arm slot, arm was loose and easy and working very well. Low 90's fastball, topped out at 94 mph with consistent hard sink and running life. 81 mph curveball showed tight spin and hard biting action, occasional change up. The raw stuff is definitely professional level and he looked healthy and in great shape.
