Blake Curci is a 2024 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Marianna, FL who attends Cottondale. Tall build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a wide base, gets his hands loaded early and is on time with his stride into contact, looking to pull the ball, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength. 7.92 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, has good fundamentals and makes the routine play well. Took a turn on the mound, has a low hand/high leg raise delivery with a short and compact low elbow arm action. Did a good job throwing strikes with a fastball up to 71 mph and a pair of soft breaking balls. Good student.
