Everett Lake Cheung is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Vaughan, ON. Features a small, compact build. Ran an 8.01 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder. Caught the ball consistently throughout defensive workouts. Still developing fluid actions through the catchpoint. Showcased an accurate arm, reaching 78 mph. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an even base stance with an upright posture. Swings on a direct path. Stays short to contact and looks to get extended out front. Can barrel balls the other way often. Projects well for more power down the line. Right-handed pitcher. Throws from a high 3/4 slot with a clean, long arm action. Fastball sat 71-73 mph with slight armside run. Can generate whiffs at the top of the zone. Pairs it with a mid-60’s slider with short, horizontal action. Can create tilt at times, landing it for strikes often. Also flashed an upper-60’s changeup with fading action.
