Mac McKinley is a 2024 OF/2B, 3B, SS with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Thousand Oaks, CA who attends Westlake. Smaller athletic frame. Ran a 6.71 60-yard dash. An outfielder with a quick first step and the speed to go get the baseball in the air in the outfield. Fundamental footwork to the baseball on the ground, works though the baseball well, fields off to the side, gathers the feet with a side shuffle and shows above average arm strength with accurate and cuttable throws to bases. Hit from a narrow stance with leg lift timing. Compact in sync swings that are consistently on time with a level bat path through the zone. Quick hands and bat speed with control of the barrel, an all fields approach and present pull side pop. Also showed fastball and curveball on the mound, threw strikes with both, showed an athletic delivery with a consistent release point and an upper 70's fastball and 12-6 shape curve. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
