Aaron O'Rear is a 2027 SS/3B/C with a 5-8 138 lb. frame from Broken Arrow, OK who attends Broken Arrow. Medium athletic build, bigger than listed. Very good runner, 6.87 in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, moves well and bends his knees fielding, has natural athletic movements, throws well from a lower slot and gets some carry from higher slots. Also played catcher and has potential at that position, plenty athletic and flexible enough, arm strength plays up behind the plate, still learning the basics but has the ability. Right handed hitter, hits from an open start with a low hand start, doesn't get to his front side consistently, tends to cut his swing off out front, should continue to improve with repetitions and adjustments. Good student. Named to the 13U/14U Lone Star Showcase Top Prospect List.
