Thomas Harding is a 2025 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Massapequa, NY who attends Massapequa. Nice young athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. Has a full body turn over the rubber and a long stride down the mound, 3/4's arm slot, gets a bit across his body at landing, hides the ball well in back and has some deception in his mechanics, works very quickly. Fastball worked mostly in the mid-70's, has an idea how to work up and down in the zone to create weak contact, fastball velocity played up. Flashed some spin and depth on curveball when he got on top of the ball out front, still developing consistency on this pitch. Also developing a change up. Plays first base when not on the mound, 5.60 runner in the forty. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a rotational lower half swing, has some looseness to his hands and some young bat speed, hits mostly to the pull side and can get some jump when he' on time. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
