Francis Solano is a 2028 1B/LHP with a 5-3 106 lb. frame from Houston, TX. Small, young frame with plenty of time to mature physically. Ran an 8.41 second 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman, attacks the ball with some energy and intent, gets the glove there on time and works clean into release, simple actions as a whole. Also pitches, short stride and works through three-quarters arm slot, limited arm speed and strength. Left-handed hitter, longer path through the zone, developing strength and bat speed that will improve results and handle of the barrel, flashed some softer liners to the middle of the field.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
