Rafael Prumo is a 2027 1B/RHP, C, SS with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Towson, MD who attends Towson High Law & Public Policy. Works from a tall, lanky frame with a projected fill-out. Primary first baseman, good glove actions, clean funnel, delivered accurate throws across the diamond, recorded arm strength up to 66 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher, full wind-up delivery, coiled leg lift, works down the mound well, releases from a three-quarters slot, fastball topped out at 65 mph, flashed slurvy breaker in the upper-50s, projects for more velocity and strength. From the outfield, displayed a longer arm stroke, delivered accurate throws, recorded arm strength up to 63 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts in a wider base with a lower hand set, bat path is slashy at times, projects for more power, recorded an exit velocity of 74 mph. Ran an 8.56 sixty-yard dash. Great student.
