Derek Adler is a 2023 SS/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Black Earth, WI who attends Wisconsin Heights. Large frame with athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.30 seconds. Hits from spread and open stance, deep swivel in rear hip to load, rotational out of launch with solid bat speed, loose downhill stroke, lower half needs refinement, has power to pull-side and showed it in game. Worked out in the infield, deep funnel between legs, developing timing and footwork skills, clocked up to 74 mph on throws across. Very good student.
