Ashton Glasscock is a 2024 RHP/C/3B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Louisville, KY. Medium build with good muscular development currently and plenty of time to add. Primary position RHP, employing a rotational delivery getting himself into good posture over the rubber before transition. Works through mid-to-low 3/4 arm angle, coming over the ball well as he creates good torque at foot strike. Showed excellent run on FB when in line, generating 77 mph velocity and solid 2,000's rpm. Secondary pitch was a SL with open spin and emerging overall quality up to 64 mph. Reps from the OF, working deliberately through the ball and fielding off to the side showing throws up to 75 mph to the bags. LHH using a narrow and open stance, small stride and hanging leg lift. Turned in shoulder, laying the bat back and working early to get on plane. Showed well timed hard contact in the middle of the field as the round progressed. Good overall student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
