Kade Paddy is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Rosepine, LA who attends Rosepine High School. Paddy ran a 7,15 Sixty Yard Dash. Primary Outfield with a medium athletic frame with some physicality and some strength throughout. Working aggressively to the ball he Kade fielded the ball cleanly to the side showing quick footwork and plenty of lateral range. The glove to hand transfers were quick as he showed a higher 3/4s arm slot on his throws with a quick release and some cary to bases. On the mound he worked a slower operation with many clean movements. Starting with a hip high leg lift he creates plenty of torque within the hips while gaining plenty of ground down the slope with some extension towards the plate. The arm action is long and loose with a straight over the top release point. The fastball showed some cut through the zone at times while he mixed in a 12-6 breaking ball with some late depth to it. Right handed hit works with a wide even foot base with a slight leg lift trigger. The path was linear through the zone as he showed consistent contact and some feel for the barrel at impact. Paddy was named to the 2023 Deep South Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
