Cooper Skov is a 2024 RHP/3B, MIF with a 6-0 174 lb. frame from Plymouth, MN who attends 279 Osseo Sr Hi Alc. Recorded a 8.12 sixty yard dash at the event. Medium athletic build to him. Primary right handed pitcher, moves free and easy on the mound. Arm works from a higher 3/4 slot. Not a ton of arm speed but has good control of his body and threw a lot of strikes. Fastball topped at 79 mph on the weekend. Will continue to develop as frame matures. Secondary infielder, showcases solid footwork. Has some range on the infield, stabbed at the backhand ball occasionally. Showed ability to make outs and throw from multiple arm slots. Switch hitting athlete. From the right side, he has a wide base with solid bat speed. Looks to use middle of the field during BP. From the left, his stance is the same. Smaller stride with a contact approach. Developing feel from the left side. Great student.
