Conlan Bailey is a 2026 C/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Bronxville, NY who attends Bronxville. Strong built medium frame with very good projection and a lot of time to continue growth. Primary position C, with an offset stance to start but sitting in there deeply with good balance. Two-hand receiving technique with a deep midline transfer before he throws. Needs to gain more ground with lower-half to help throws and emerging arm strength. Arm action is appropriately compact and showed solid accuracy. Good young prospect behind the dish. RHH starting with his knees turned inward to keep himself loaded as he uses a low leg-lift to get off his backside. Starts with hands tight to body and a bit wrapped before taking a very flat path to contact. Swing is going to work long term and the power will start to play with added strength. Lots of ground balls and low-line drives that project down the line. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
