Kolton Post is a 2025 OF/SS with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from St Louis, MO who attends St. John Vianney. A taller frame with a medium and athletic build. Ran a 7.13 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who fielded the ball with one hand working off of the front foot. He carries the momentum through it well with a longer arm action through the back. Lower flight on his throws that came out of the hand at 82 mph. Athletic actions with longer strides into it and low and on-line throws from the outfield. He is a right-handed hitter with a wider base and deep hands as he sets up. He keeps the hands lower and deeper in the stance. Barrel pointed backward as he takes his hands to it, working quick to launch. He wants to work out front and drive the ball to the pull-side portion of the field. His best contact came when working to left-center field when he extended out front through contact. Short, simple, and direct stroke. Worked on the barrel during his round of BP swings with some strength. Produced an 83 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Added a double in-game as well. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
