Gavin Hunter is a 2025 1B/RHP/3B with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Montgomery, AL who attends Trinity Presbyterian School. Recorded a 7.54 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman with a strong frame. Prsesents glove early, solid glovework and showed an accurate arm on the turns. Right-handed hitter and starts with a medium, even base with a high hand set. Showed lots of strength at contact when he squared up. Flashed impact off the bat to the middle of the field and the other way. Recorded a 93 mph exit velocity. Secondary righthanded pither and used a compact arm action, releasing from a 3/4 slot. Fastball topped at 79 mph and flashed a curveball. Excellent student. Named to the 2023 Sunshine Gulf Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.
