Carlos Luis Cruz is a 2026 SS/2B with a 5-5 120 lb. frame from Bayamon, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Recorded a 7.86 second 60-yard dash time. Younger frame and build with plenty of room and time to fill out. Primary shortstop with a higher slot and shorter arm action. Moves well with some lateral quickness. Solid body control and made accurate throws across recorded up to 75 mph. Switch hitter who graded out best from the right side. High hand set, high back elbow, and a small stride forward. Loads and stays connected from the right side with line drive consistency. Looks to separate and has a good sequence that will provide power as he adds strength. Great student. Named to the Jupiter Qualifier Workout Showcase TP List.
