Ethan Carter is a 2009 RHP with a 6'5'', 205 lb. frame from Newport News, VA who attends Menchville. Carter uses a 3/4 arm angle to pitch in the high 80's and we have seen him touch 90+mph before. He has a good pitchers build, looks young and projects to keep adding more velocity. The ball comes out of his hand real easy and gets on hitters fast. He also has a sharp slider that is very good and he commands it well. He completes his three pitch mix with a good change with sink. He projects extremely well and is a definite draft follow.
