ndrew Marino is a 2027 C/RHP, 1B, OF with a 5-10 130 lb. frame from Merrick, NY who attends Sanford H Calhoun. Long-levered, slender frame with tons of room to fill out. Recorded a 7.72 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary catcher that received from an even based stance with soft hands and a higher, direct midline transfer. Gains ground towards his target, game like actions out of the crouch with good direction and urgency. Produced accurate throws with developing arm strength up to 62 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a even based stance with a tight hand set and small forward stride into launch. Slightly lofted stroke with developing feel for the barrel. Whole field approach, consistent contact and plenty of room to add strength moving forward. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional lower half engagement. Fundamentally sound defensive skill set that will be enhanced by additional strength.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
