Nathan Galanis is a 2025 C/OF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Tewksbury, MA who attends Shawsheen Valley Voc Tech. Medium, compact frame with plenty of time and room to physically mature. Recorded a 7.69 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary catcher that received from a lower, slightly side-saddled stance with quick footwork out of the crouch. Gains ground quickly with good direction and exhibits a short, direct mid-line transfer. Recorded developing arm strength up to 67 mph from behind the plate during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly closed stance with bent knees, a high hand set and high back elbow. Incorporates a medium leg lift trigger for timing and does create some separation into contact. Middle-of-the field approach with slightly elongated swing path and some line drive impact through the gaps. Fundamentally sound, young prospect with some physical upside, will continue to improve with minor swing adjustments and additional strength. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
