Joshua Jones is a 2024 SS/2B, OF with a 5-6 155 lb. frame from Hampstead, NH who attends Pinkerton Academy. Medium, compact frame with some present strength and plenty of time to physically mature. Recorded a 7.09 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary middle-infielder with good footwork throughout the fielding process, a clean funnel out in-front and some lateral range to either side. Works through the baseball effectively and showed the ability to deliver accurate throws up to 74 mph across the diamond during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an open base with a high hand set, high back elbow and small leg lift trigger. Hands driven swing with limited weight shift into contact, occasional lift when on-time and developing bat-to-ball skills. Mostly pullside contact with impact to the left side of the field when in-sync, will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
