Matt Koehler is a 2025 3B/MIF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Mohnton, PA who attends Governor Mifflin. High-waisted, long, slender build with some present lean muscle throughout his frame while continuing to have more physical projection remaining as he matures. Primary corner infielder, worked through the ball with deliberate footwork while continuing to develop foot speed. Deep fielding funnel, flashing the glove late with clean actions. Compacted arm action, working up to 76 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, sets up with an even, balanced stance, and a high-hand set. Compact stroke working downhill using a toe-tap-trigger to engage his lower half. Hands tended to cast away from his body at times, causing his barrel to drag through the zone. Generated consistent contact during his round, continuing to develop feel for his barrel. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
