Landon Moore is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Point Loma. Features a smaller/lean frame with some present athleticism. Ran a 7.17 60-yd dash. In the OF, he showed active feet to start but waited back with approach at times. During his workout he fielded everyball clean. His arm action was shorter in the back and worked to release with some present armspeed. Was up to 80 with a mix of accurate higher arcing an on-line throws. At the plate, he sits in a relaxed stance with lower hanging hands. Shifts into his backside with a smaller forward move. Loads his hands up with a higher elbow. Bat path is more direct with contact deeper in the zone and showed avg. bat/hand speed. Stays behind it well. Best contact were LDs to the opposite field with minimal out front hard contact. On the mound, he is exclusively from the stretch. Somewhat of a drop/drive style lower half. His glove arm gets up to where he slots at a H ¾ and uses a shorter arm action in the back. His fastball worked up to 77 working downhill with it with some sinking action. Mixed in a curveball in the upper 60s with 11-5 shape.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
