Thomas Barnhart is a 2027 3B/RHP, C, 1B with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from West Union, OH who attends West Union HS. Recorded a 7.55 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with wiry strength and room to fill out. Primary third baseman with deliberate actions and bends at the waist. Quicker release with some carry. Arm strength plays from secondary position of the outfield with throws into the infield up to 76 mph. Secondary right-handed pitcher with good balance and drive. Low effort release with some deception. Hides the ball pretty well. Curveball shows 11/5 shape. Kills spin on the changeup and will cut across at times. Right-handed hitter with a middle of the field approach. Can work to both gaps with good balance. Gets the swing through the hitting zone well and creates some jump off the barrel. Tremendous student. Named to the 13u/14u Ohio Valley Workout TP List.
